The 2015 Infiniti Q40 is the new name of the G37.

Vehicle Summary
Formerly known as the G37, the 2015 Infiniti Q40 is a luxury sedan available in rear- or all-wheel-drive configurations and serves as the entry-level model in the lineup, below the Q40's successor, the Q50 sedan. The only powertrain offered is a 3.7-liter V-6 rated at 328 hp and 269 lb-ft of torque paired to a seven-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy is below average at 19/27 mpg city/highway with rear-wheel drive and 18/25 mpg with all-wheel-drive.

The 2015 Infiniti Q40 is a great handling vehicle with excellent driving dynamics and acceleration thanks to a strong engine and a well-tuned suspension. The car's ride, however, is on the stiff side due to its performance aspirations, while the engine is noisy at higher rpms.

There aren't many tech features available in the 2015 Q40, with navigation, HID headlights and the Infiniti Studio on Wheels audio system by Bose being the most notable options. Interior quality is on par with competitors, featuring brushed aluminum accents, high-grade leather, and soft-touch plastics throughout the cabin.

The 2015 Infiniti Q40 has a five-star rollover safety rating from the NHTSA (out of a possible five stars).

The 2015 Infiniti Q40 retains the great driving dynamics that made it a popular choice among sport sedan buyers before it was replaced by the Q50. In a 2009 First Drive review, we said that the car accelerates and handles well thanks to its powerful V-6 engine, well-balanced chassis, and sharp steering. Interior appointments are also a strong point with brushed aluminum accents that have "a softer, aged feel that's more subtle than other metal trim pieces." Ride quality, however, is stiff especially on less than perfect roads, and engine noise is "louder than expected" especially above 2500 rpm.
